Force-refresh an artist or album across the BrainzMash servers so that you can retrieve updates in Lidarr.
Note that any changes made on MB will only appear once replication has run on backend servers after those changes were made (see Dash).
Album MBID here is what Musicbrainz refers to as release-group ID, NOT release ID.
